Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new pup gear. Return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging or your return may be rejected. Your items can be returned for a refund to your original payment method or for store credit. $7.99 will be deducted from your refund or store credit for the return label. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards and clearance items marked final sale with prices ending in $0.99 cannot be returned. 

Damaged Items:

Please reach out to us at info@thegoodpup.com with photos of the damage as well as packaging and then we will issue a replacement asap. 

Cancellations: 

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If you'd like to make a change to your order please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
