Our team fulfills items Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We aim to to ship all non-personalized orders within 1-2 business days and personalized items within 2-4 business days.

Orders typically take 2-6 business days for delivery. Due to unpredictable conditions all of our carriers are currently experiencing, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $5.99. For orders $100 or more, shipping is free!

We use USPS and DHL for all of our orders.

We aim to promptly ship out all of our order, however, shippign carriers often experiences delays in shipping due to weather or during high volume periods, such as holidays. Please reach out to us if there has been no movement in your package's tracking for 7 days.

We do our best to package our dog gear with care, but sometimes carriers mishandle packages. Please reach out to us with photos of the damage as well as the packaging and we will issue a replacement asap.

We currently ship only to the contiguous US.
Returns & Refunds

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging or your return may be rejected.
Returns can be made for a refund or store credit.

Please submit your return request here. Once your return is approved, we will email you a return label.

$7.99 will be deducted from your refund or store credit once we receive your return.

Personalized items, gift cards and clearance items marked final sale with prices ending in $0.99 cannot be returned.
Misc

We recommend spot cleaning and hand washing our gear with mild soap. We don't recommend machine washing our gear as the metal hardware may scratch.
